life is sooo good :)

i can tell you right now that three dates i'm not looking forward to in the last half of summer. one will be august 18 when josh leaves. [will give details later.] the next will be on my last day of work. and the last will be when i leave for phoenix [bittersweet.]

soo number one. josh greep. met him at the alpine slide, while i was working. he had an all day pass and boy did we talk all day. he crashed on the slide and was sure to tell me about it. i got home from work that day and he had added me as a friend on fb. we talked on there, then started texting. he's asked me on a couple of dates. he saw how to train your dragon with me and rosie [ps best movie] and last night we went to the ben folds concert with the utah symphony at deer valley. perfect night :) i was able to get off work early and he bought me a ticket and waited in line for me while i parked. he was with his friend davey who was funny. ben folds is hilarious and i love his music! i need to listen to him more. josh is in love with him. but deer valley was cool and there was a pretty sunset. then he walked me to my bike and then texted me later making sure i was home safe. but he is great. he's hilarious-i never stop laughing, i can be myself 100%, we can talk about anything, he's a total gentleman, and he's thoughtful. here's the catch...he's leaving for his mission to barcelona spain on august 18th..he's only 5 days younger than me, but didn't go on his mish right when he turned 19. and spain?! sooo cool, but i won't get letters very often.. it's just my luck that i find a good guy and he's leaving for two years. all i can do is enjoy the last month we have. [side note..he's the oldest and we're five days apart. his three younger sisters are all the same age as my sisters..weird!]

next...the last day of work is going to be depressing..i can't even describe how much i loove work and the people there. oakley is great, ryan is weird but i like talking to him, audrey is hilarious, annie from ny we're pretty much best friends, nick is pretty cool, tyler is gorgeous. i know those descriptions all are lame but oh well. and the supervisors like me so i always get the good jobs, like base where everyone is so i can talk to people, or start cause "i do such a good job!" i'm out in the sun all day, i get to ride the slide and it's just awesome. i really don't know what i am going to do when i don't see these people anymore.

last, my bittersweet ending. going to phoenix is going to be amazing. flying 6 days a week and just swimming in aviation. buuut i am going to be leaving rosie again. and i don't like that. at all. she's my bessst friend. and christine. i've barely seen her this summer. but i know this time i leave will be different with rosie, we won't fall apart like we've done in the past. and it'll be the end of summer which is never fun.

anyway, right now i am seriously loving life. i couldn't be happier. i see rosie all the time. work is awesome. my family is fantastic. we're always boating or riding motorcycles or something awesome. this summer has been awesome. i'm obsessed with tubing, we flew to sun valley, s'mores and fires all the time, the rodeo, motorcycle rides, sunsets, hiking. i'm an adrenaline junkie, what can i say?
life is soo good. :)
