high five.

5 things you are looking forward to the rest of the year.
i know there are only a couple weeks left of this year buuuut it's december and there's lots going on.
1. christmas day, duh. who isn't looking forward to it? waiting for your parents to wake up, seeing the tree filled with presents under, family all together, so much love, opening stockings-fav part of the day. playing with your new things, it's pretty much the happiest day of the year.
2. christmas eve dinner- since we're always at a soccer tournament over thanksgiving, we don't get a homemade turkey dinner, so it is moved to christmas eve. we have the best turkey ever, yummiest mashed potatoes, salad, rolls that are to die for, corn, stuffing, the works. then there's the cheest cake and rice pudding. love love love. and the annual opening of the christmas pajamas.
3. new years eve, dunno what we will be doing, but it's going to be the start of a new year, a new adventure for me. and i'm really excited.
4. grandparent christmas parties- we like to do things to spice up the garn christmas party, last year we wore ugly sweaters and let's just say my grandma didn't think it was as funny as we did. this year we will be wearing footie pajamas and doing the hoe down throw down for our family talent. jealous much? and the hannay family party...it's always fun to see a few of my cousins there, although i will be missing devin.
5. girls night out with jo-flo, d$$, and baby j. i am seriously so excited to see them. we're gonna get all dressed up and just have a good time. can't wait.
