what we would do without friends?

yesterday i honestly didn't do much productive. well except for this plyo's workout which was suppper tough. and read eclipse. exciting huh? not really. then rosie and grace and izzy came over and we all swam for a bit. according to rosie, i'm immature. :) me and rosie then went inside and watched last weeks episode of the Secret Life of the American Teenager. Such a cheesy show, but I'm addicted. Then the girls come screaming in from the pool saying there is a rat in the backyard. Now, me and rosie are expecting it to be some little mouse, but no it was a full on rat. NASTY. and my dog tried to attack it. We watched this weeks episode of the show. And i'm addicted. It is far from a high quality show, but that's alright. I talked to Frank which was good cause i haven't seen her forever. then we went to nicks house and hung out with people. i saw russell and it made me happy cause i had not seen him since my birthday and i miss him! he is one of my best friends, and he won't even read this! but that's ok. i like nick's hottub. we went down in his basment and it wasn't the most pleasant time due to things i cannot mention. but when i got there i did get to see kristin and alex which was good cause i love love love them!!

today has been a little more prodctive. i did another workout, which turned out to be the wrong one, but that's ok, at least i worked out right? i also cleaned my bug, it was very much in need. i cleaned the windows and got all the garbage out and vacuumed. it feels good to get things done! rosie came over and gave me the cutest scrapbook for my birthday!! love her. now i am going to shower so i can party later!! peace!
